There is only one of you in the whole world and there is no point in wanting to be someone else, so why not do what you can to be the best YOU that you can?! {Healthy You} is a segment that will discuss ways to promote your health through food, exercise and other hygiene and self-confidence tips. Health has much more to do than just the physical so hopefully here we will discuss tips in all areas of life.
